Symmetric Top Transition Moments

The following types of transition moments are currently implemented for symmetric tops:

• Spherical - electric dipole moment in spherical tensor form allowing its use for multiphoton and Raman transitions in addition to normal one photon transitions.
• Cartesian - conventional a, b or c electric dipole moment components.
