Species

There can be one of more species within a mixture which will in turn contain one or more linear, symmetric top or asymmetric top molecules. To add another species go to the Tree View, and either right-click on the mixture and select "Add new species", or use copy and paste within the tree view.

Settings

Jmin	Minimum J to use in calculation - set to -1 to use lowest possible J.
Jmax	Maximum J to use in calculation.
Colour	Colour of plot; set to "None" to take value from elsewhere as explained in Determining Colours and J ranges. It may be better to select a colour lower down in the object hierarchy, for example within each molecule object, to allow different colours to be selected for each isotope (if applicable).
