Maximum J
This sets the maximum J calculated in the ground state. PGOPHER will
calculate all transitions involving J less than or equal to this in the
lower state. The required setting will, of course depend on
temperature and the lower state rotational
constants, and may require some experimentation to find a good value.
Too low a value will often be visible as an abrupt end in a branch.
